2025 Spring Meeting Registration

Registration for the 2025 Spring Meeting is open to ADvancing States Members in Leadership Positions and Spring Meeting Platinum Sponsors only.

The 2025 Spring Meeting will be held IN-PERSON at the Royal Sonesta Stephen F. Austin Hotel.
701 Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78701.

The event will begin on Monday, April 28, 2025, starting at 12:00 pm – Wednesday, April 30, 2025, ending at 12:00 pm.

Registration Fee: $850

 

The early bird rate for this event is $750 if registered before April 1, 2025. After this date, registration will be $850.

Updated COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: While we will not require masks or proof of vaccination, we do expect all attendees to make a personal commitment to ensuring they are not putting themselves or others in danger of illness. We are a community and will rely on our community members to ensure the safety of the group.

The early bird rate for the 2025 Spring Meeting is $750 if registered before April 1st, 2025. Starting on this date, the registration fee will increase to $850.
