ABOUT THIS EVENT

Welcome to the 2025 Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference Website!

Now in its 41st year, the annual HCBS Conference offers attendees and sponsors a one-of-a-kind learning experience. Join fellow long-term services and supports policymakers and service providers as we identify opportunities to improve both the quality of services and the quality of life for older adults and people with disabilities.

ADvancing States is pleased to offer two ways to attend this year’s conference:

  • In-Person: Join us August 24–28, 2025, in Baltimore, MD, for the full in-person experience, including thought-provoking sessions, meaningful networking opportunities, and collaborative discussions with peers and experts.

  • Virtual: The virtual conference will take place September 17–18, 2025. All registered attendees, including those who joined in person, will have access to the virtual platform during the event. The platform will remain open for 30 days afterward, providing on-demand access to pre-recorded sessions and conference materials. Following this period, session recordings will be available through the ADvancing States IQ website.

For assistance or inquiries regarding the conference, please contact us at inform@hcbsconference.org

I've been fortunate to attend the #HCBSConference for the past 6 years. Definitely a highlight of our conference schedule every year. I can't wait to go again this year in Baltimore!
