The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference is ADvancing States' national conference, held annually to bring together state, federal, and local policymakers, along with leaders who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs. The conference provides a platform to share practices and policies aimed at improving state systems that deliver long-term services and supports (LTSS) for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Dates and Locations: The in-person 2025 HCBS Conference will take place from August 24 - 28, 2025, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, MD. The virtual conference will be hosted on September 17 - 18, 2025, through our virtual event platform.
Registration Fees:
The registration fee for the virtual conference is $600 for all attendees.
