2025 Home and Community-Based Services Virtual Conference Registration

 

The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference is ADvancing States' national conference, held annually to bring together state, federal, and local policymakers, along with leaders who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs. The conference provides a platform to share practices and policies aimed at improving state systems that deliver long-term services and supports (LTSS) for individuals of all ages and abilities. 

Dates and Locations: The 2025 Virtual HCBS Conference will be held on September 17 - 18, 2025, on the EventsAir Platform.


Registration Fees: The registration fee for the virtual conference is $600 for all attendees. 

 

***A 5% processing fee will be included in the total for credit card payments***

Registration Notice: In-person registration will be limited to 1,500 attendees. If you have missed the in-person registration window, we encourage attendees to sign up for the virtual registration, which includes a robust library of session recordings and a complete virtual exhibit hall.
