Registration Pricing
The Early Bird rates for all attendees will close on June 30, 2023 at midnight, Eastern Time. Starting July 1st, all rates will increase by $100. In-person attendees will have full access to HCBS Conference sessions, meals, networking activities, and our conference app. Virtual attendees will be able to access sessions through the event website, chat with others on the conference app, and take part in our virtual networking activities!
Please note: In-person registration for the 2023 HCBS Conference has reached capacity and closed. Virtual registration is still available via the link below.

Cancellation Policy
We hate to see you go!
Cancellations: We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you are unable to attend the 2023 HCBS Conference, you may:
Send a Substitute
Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? A $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing inform@hcbsconference.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registrations. Substitutions can be made up until our deadline of August 18th, 2023, or at the on-site registrations. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.
Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing inform@hcbsconference.org. Cancellations received on or before August 1st, 2023, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 1st, 2023.
