Virtual Conference Registration Pricing

The virtual HCBS Conference offers a complete and engaging experience for attendees joining remotely. Enjoy the flexibility and comfort of remote participation while staying connected to the content and community that make this event so impactful. Virtual participants will have access to over 190 sessions, opportunities to network with 1,500+ attendees, and the chance to explore our interactive virtual exhibit hall featuring leading sponsors and exhibitors—all from the comfort of their own space. 

Please note: Intensives that are on Monday and Thursday of the in-person conference will be made available to all attendees after the virtual conference ends.

cANCELLATION pOLICY

We hate to see you go!

Cancellations: We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you are unable to attend the 2025 HCBS Conference virtually, you may:

Send a Substitute

If you can no longer attend the conference, your registration may be transferred to another individual for a $50 administrative fee. To request a substitution, please email inform@hcbsconference.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up to the deadline of September 9, 2025. Payment must be made at the time of processing.

Request a Refund

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to inform@hcbsconference.org. Refunds for cancellations received on or before August 26, 2025, will be issued, deducting only a 20% cancellation fee from the total registration cost. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted for cancellations received after August 26, 2025.
